Accredited Buyer Representative

Designation is the benchmark of Excellent in buyer representation

  • Completed the comprehensive REBAC course in buyer representative and passed a written examination
  • Demonstrated a practical experience of having completed 5 closed real estate transactions in the field of buyer representation
  • Received recommendations from two of the real estate practitioners buyer clients
  • Be a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors.

Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP)

  • Complete a comprehensive CSP course and pass a written examination
  • Certification is designed for specialists in new home sales

Certified Residential Specialist

  • Highest designation awarded to experienced REALTORS® in the residential sales field
  • Must meet stringent education requirements to be awarded this designation
  • Must meet vigorous production requirements
  • Recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education

Graduate, Realtor Institute

  • A professional designation for those who have graduated from the Realtor Institute
  • Associated with the National Association of Realtors
  • Must have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate

        

     SHSTM

     Senior Housing Specialist

  • Completed the intensive education course required to earn this designation
  • Acquired knowledge about the specific needs and issues affecting the mature adult client
  • Developed a network of specialists to deal with tax issues, estate planning and equity conversion to meet the needs of the client
